Thank you for your “Very Rough City Guide”. I love it so far. My perfect meal in the city is exactly Banh Xeo. We also learned how to cook banh xeo at Da Nang Home cooking class. We visited a green and fresh vegetable garden and had chance to join farming works with local farmers. Then we came to a local coffee shop and tried a great coffee cup. Katie as our chef took us to visit a local market. Wow, a lot of things to see there. We also tasted a yummy cake before going Katie’s house and cooking 4 dishes. It’s such a great day!
