Photos : Vietnam at work, Black and White pictures

I have been getting attracted to shooting pictures in the classic monochrome colors (black and white). It was a personal decision to start shooting in monochrome and I started loving it. Shooting without colors is very demanding, where all the emphasis has to be made on composition and framing. Here are a few captures of people at work while I was traveling in Vietnam.
